Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation and requests for refunds should be made as soon as possible to the registrar listed in the conference brochure. Due to binding contractual arrangements with vendors and venues, NMSGNA is unable to honor requests for refunds within three weeks before the conference date. However, a coupon for credit toward a future NMSGNA conference registration fee may be issued, or credit may be applied toward the advance registration of a substitute attendee. Absolutely no refunds or credits will be issued to attendees on or after the conference date.
